As the transition from large scale manufacturing spaces, such as Clean Rooms, moves towards Mini-Environments, significant advantages in control are realized. It is now possible to ensure that no airborne particles at the 0.10µm level are detected, that molecular contamination can be effectively absorbed, and that temperature can be controlled to within ±0.01°C.

Patterns of airflow, particle vectors, pressure zoning, and temperature and humidity management, can also be maximized within the Mini-Environment and in the adjacent areas of the Clean Room through use of CFD analysis.
