Intelligent Enclosures has developed a number of key alliances with specialist suppliers of components and technologies, and works closely with companies who have been qualified as suitable die-casters, extruders and precision sheet metal fabricators.

Our resource base includes suppliers of fans and motors, electronic control systems, temperature and humidity components, filtration materials for airbourne particulate and molecular contamination, and systems for the management of pressure control, acoustic and vibration control, electro-magnetic interference, ionization, and lighting.

IE has the capability to offer solutions in anodized and powder coated aluminium, a range of plastics and polymers, and stainless steel in grades to #8 mirror finished materials.

Factory Test Fit

Factory Test Fit ensures the links between engineering/design and our specialist manufacturing resources provides for continuous development and improvement.

At this stage of the process the unit is assembled and subjected to calibration and performance compliance checks. All necessary certification documentation is completed and made available to the Customer.

Installation and Commissioning Services

Intelligent Enclosures has Staff who travel internationally to perform on-site installation and integration of MiniEnvironments with customers' tools and processes. IE works closely with the Customer’s Staff to ensure the project parameters are completely met or exceeded.

Our staff, who are currently based in the USA, have worked in most countries in Europe, Asia, and North America.
