David has consulted on the
design and operation of microelectronic
manufacturing cleanrooms in matters of
contamination control, airflow management and
energy conservation. He has served on the IEST
Working Group which drafts the standard
IEST-RPCC006.2 “Testing Cleanrooms”. Among his
specialties is computer simulation of airflows
utilizing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). He
has lectured on this at ASU (Del Webb Graduate
School of Engineering) and given seminars for
ASHRAE Chapters.
He has a B.S degree in
Physics and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. He
is a senior member of IEST, ASHRAE and a member of
the Acoustical Society of America.

Neil Fisher has 18 years
experience as a Systems Engineer and Project
Manager. These include 11 years in semiconductor
manufacturing, specializing in factory automation
and reticle handling systems.
Previous employment includes
several major companies such as: Parker Hannifin;
PRI Automation; STEAG Hamatech; Micro Robotics
Systems Inc; Daifuku America; iRobot Corporation
and Asyst Automation.
Neil has a dual major in
Mechanical Engineering (BS) and Computer Science
(BA) from the University of Maine. He is also a
member of ITRS (International Technology Roadmap
for Semiconductor). |
